2. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received the wrong product.
• The item is incomplete or missing parts as listed in the description.

Please note that all returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Warranty Coverage

Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 year to 5 years, depending on the brand and product category. Warranty services are handled in accordance with each brand’s policy and may include repairs, replacements, or part servicing.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

Refund methods:

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile money.
• Bank Transfer Orders: Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Opened personal care items (e.g., shavers, grooming kits).
• Software or digital downloads.
