How long will my delivery take?

Most orders within Kampala are delivered the same day. Upcountry deliveries may take 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order anytime through our Order Tracking Page. You’ll also receive SMS and email updates once your item is dispatched.

What if my delivery is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact our support team at sales@urbanmarkets.ug or call +256 706 287 018.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. Once your order is confirmed, payment details will be provided for secure processing.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been processed or dispatched for delivery.

Do I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes. Every order comes with a digital receipt sent to your email and a printed copy with your delivery package.

After Sales Support

What if my product is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or technical support. We work closely with trusted brands to ensure product reliability.

Do you offer product warranties?

Yes. Most products come with a warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the brand and product type. Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and service support as outlined by the manufacturer.

Can I get installation support?

Yes. We provide installation services for select items such as TVs, refrigerators, cookers, and air conditioners through certified technicians.

Refunds

When do I qualify for a refund?

Refunds apply for defective items, canceled orders, or out-of-stock products. Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How long does the refund process take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once your request has been reviewed and approved. The method depends on how you paid — bank transfer refunds are credited to your account directly.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes. You can opt for a replacement or product exchange of equal value, subject to availability.
