2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major towns and cities across Uganda through our dedicated logistics partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Kampala & Nearby Areas: Same-day or next-day delivery
• Upcountry Deliveries: 1–3 business days
• Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

3. Instant Delivery

Enjoy instant delivery within Kampala for selected items labeled “Instant Delivery Available.” Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered within a few hours, subject to stock availability.

4. Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees depend on the item size and delivery location as shown below:

5. Order Tracking

6. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon receiving your order.
• Bank Transfer: Pay directly to our verified business account before dispatch.
